Orlando Travel Form
Please DO NOT submit this travel form before you have registered for the Orlando Tour and have been accepted/approved by International Friendship Ministries.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Please complete the entire form and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
Note: Do not complete this form if you have not received a tour confirmation email.

Please have these numbers with you when you arrive in Orlando and keep them with you during the complete tour.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
If you are arriving by airplane, we will arrange for pick-up at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) in the seating area at the end of the Delta Airlines baggage claim area (see map) on the tour arrival day at 4:15 pm and at 7:15 pm.
If you are arriving by train, we will arrange for pick-up at the Amtrak train station on the tour arrival day at 5:30 pm.
If you are arriving by bus, we will arrange for pick-up at the Greyhound bus station on the tour arrival day at 5:00 pm.
* These pick-ups will be cancelled if no one informs us ahead of time that you are coming at these times.
If you arrive early, you will need to wait until we pick you up at the scheduled time.
Please contact us if other arrangments need to be made.
DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Please do not plan to depart before 9:30 am on the final day of the tour.
GENERAL INFORMATION
IFM is not responsible for those who use personal vehicles or are riding in them.
After arrival at the tour location, all participants are required to travel in IFM vehicles on scheduled excursions.
You will NOT be reimbursed for any transportation expenses associated with this tour.
If you are arriving by private car, plan to arrive at the designated meeting point between 4:00 and 8:00pm.
