What does the registration fee cover?

 

   Registration fee includes:

      *host family arrangements

      *administrative costs and publicity

      *local transportation while on tour

 

 

What does the registration fee not cover?

   You are responsible to pay for: 

      *transportation to and from the tour location (if you're not traveling with IFM)

      *meals while sightseeing

      *admission fees to attractions listed under each tour

 

 

Can I get my money back if I cancel?

 

The registration fee is refundable until the final week, less administrative costs (25%). 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if the tour is canceled due to lack of sufficient interest. All schedules are tentative. IFM reserves the right to change schedules due to weather or other conditions, or cancel a tour if necessary. No refund will be given to those who cancel within 7 days of the tour.

 

 

Can I be sure I will have a host family?

 

We only have a limited number of host families for each tour. Once space runs out, registration for the tour will close regardless of the deadline date.  

So, REGISTER as EARLY as possible to ensure a space in the tour. Late applications will be considered ONLY if space is available.
