Please Note:
If you are arriving by airplane: We will arrange for pick-up from the Orlando International Airport (in the seating area at the end of the Delta Airlines baggage claim area -- see map) at 4:15 pm and at 7:15 pm on Monday, December 21.

If you are arriving by train: We will arrange for pick-up at the Amtrak train station at 5.30 pm on Monday, December 21.

If you are arriving by bus: We will arrange for pick-up at the Greyhound bus station at 5.00 pm on Monday, December 21.

* These pick-ups will be cancelled if no one informs us ahead of time that you are coming at these times.

If you arrive early, you will need to wait until we pick you up at the scheduled time, or spend the day on your own and arrive at the meeting point (To Be Announced) on your own no later than 7.30 pm. (Please inform us in advance if you will do this.) If you arrive later than these scheduled times on Monday, December 21, please make your own arrangements to arrive at the designated meeting place by 7.30 pm

After arrival at the tour location, all participants are required to travel in IFM vehicles on scheduled excursions. IFM is not responsible in any way for the use of personal vehicles or those riding in them. You will NOT be reimbursed for any transportation expenses associated with this tour.
