| About
Atlanta: |
Atlanta is the home of Martin Luther King, Jr., Coca-Cola, and CNN,
and was the host of the 1996 Summer Olympics. We'll also visit Stone Mountain, the world's
largest single granite rock, with a Civil War memorial sculpture on the side of it.
The highlight of our tour is the Passion Play, an annual musical drama at the
Civic Center with a cast of over 200, depicting the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus
Christ, which we celebrate especially at this season. The entrance fee
($18 value) for the play is
included in our $45 registration fee.

If you come by bus or air, arrive in Atlanta by 6:00 p.m., on the first day of the tour. (It takes a very

to get to our meeting point. We will meet you at a subway station where there is a
shopping mall so you will not get bored in case you have a long wait. If you will be
arriving very early, we can give you some ideas about what to do downtown that will not be
included in the tour.)
